During the weekend of June 1st/2nd, I saw two groups of BROWN PELICANS about ten miles north of Ocean Shores (Iron Springs), flying north along the coastline. One group contained 16 birds; the other approximately 20. I didn't think the sightings were unusual enough to warrant a posting, but it sounds from Rob's posting like they were pretty early.
