Likely birds that we get at Northgate are:

bushtits -- common, usually come in squeaky groups
pine siskins -- we get a lot about every other year, especially during
migration
bewick's wren -- wonderful loud singing wren, common, small, sneaky

What kind of hummingbird feeder to you have, if any?
We've had little luck attracting hummers to our otherwise
bird friendly yard.
