Today I was able to find the YELLOW-BILLED LOON reported by Wayne Paulson
on 3/1at the Cap Sante Boat Basin in Anacortes. The loon was close to
shore on the south end of the marina, between Dock A and Dock B.

I stopped on the Samish Flats on my way to and from Anacortes, and, to my
knowlege, the FALCATED DUCK was not relocated today after the first early
morning sighting.
