Subject: ATTENTION:GG OWL VIEWING

It was seen from the end of the public portion of Samish Point Rd -- Turn right
at the Camp, and in a couple of hundred yards there is a sign saying "Turn
around here". The road continues for another 100 feet or so beyond that, and
then turns to the left. I think the public part runs up to that left turn.
The owl was between the turnaround and the left turn (closer to the
turnaround).
