I would personally would have ID'd this bird as a sub-adult Cooper's Hawk.
Tarsus size (almost finger width, whereas Sharpies have narrow pencil-like
tarsus), relative size to prey (that would be a "big" kill for the average
Sharpie!), more buff edges on back and wings, long rounded tail with
extensive white edge, plus overall "jizz" is more Coop' than Sharpie.
