I saw one this morning in the CP rail yard in Poco. Did not notice
any bands even when I picked it up but it struggled a bit and not
wanting to hurt it allowed it to escape before I could make sure. Not
sure if this is worth an RBA because there is a good chance it is an
escapee but it goes on my list. The bird is not accessible to the
public.

Apologies if this shows up twice. I was using an alias the first time
around.
