Trendwest is only waiting for the last water rights decisions to be made
by the state, and then they're all set to start the construction.

I got tricked into listening to a quasi-sales pitch, when I attended a
lecture about the history of the coal mines, railroads, and towns in the
area up there. It turned out not to be history, but "what Trendwest will
be doing to those mines, railroads, and towns".
