Is there anything that we can do? This is one of my favorite Eastern
Washington birding destinations in spring and summer. There is a huge
abundance of neotropical breeders there. I've had eight species of warblers,
several vireos, several flycatchers, etc. all in one day! There are breeding
Calliope Hummers there . . . breeding Northern Goshawks . . . breeding
Williamson's Sapsuckers. I don't want to see such habitat turned into
condos!!!

Good Birding,
