Tweets - I had an hour to burn late morning yesterday, and I happened to be at
Nisqually, so the kids and I did a quick walkthrough on the new boardwalk.
YELLOW WARBLERS were singing everywhere, though the only one I saw was a
female. I saw at least a couple WESTERN TANAGER males, and heard a few
WILSON'S WARBLERS. New spring birds for me were several SWAINSON'S THRUSH -
one seen, many more heard "whit"ing, and at least four or five PACIFIC-SLOPE
FLYCATCHER. It was a VERY nice day for taking a walk - I see summer has left
us already, however.
