Salmonberry (_Rubus spectabilis_) is more less finished with
blooming. Well developed green berries are on most of the
plants that had bloomed earliest. The first of the herbacious
wildflowers are up. I found a healthy patch of Corydalis
(presumably _Corydalis scouleri_) along Gnat Creek in Clatsop
Co. I also saw several blooming species of monkeyflower
(_Mimulus spp._) over the weekend.
