I dropped my binoculars from the table this past weekend and snapped off the
left eyepiece. I haven't replaced them yet and have been concerned that I
would need them this week with all the new tweets coming in. A new song/call
had me on full alert this am and much to my delight where four Grosbeaks in
my cherry tree. At least two males. They stayed around for about 2 minutes. I
then went out to stock up the feeders and before I got done one male was back
making a beautiful "ringing-peerr" call. Great start to my day!
