Well, after a long spring with the usual suspects hanging around, we
have finally gotten a few new faces at the feeder. All spring we have
been looking at siskins, sparrows, towhees and finches , with about 8+/-
band tailed pidgeons and 6+/- mourning doves. Within the last week we
finally have the black headed grossbeak back, followed by the Cedar
waxwing yesterday - and 8 evening grossbeak today.....
Spring might be late in coming, but it is sneaking up on us.
Haven't seen any of the warblers this far yet.
