This type of warning is always a hoax. A good rule of thumb is that if
you receive an email virus warning, it is a hoax and just hit the delete
button. 100% of the time.

This also goes for emails about Microsoft paying you to pass on an
email, Disney doing the same, kids with cancer that need help by passing
emails, Neiman Marcus cookie recipes, frozen chickens fired at airplane
windshields, penguins falling backwards watching fighter jets come over,
etc etc - but those were the good old days - at least they were somewhat
clever.

Mark, maybe you know this by now, but this "virus warning" is a hoax.
The file you deleted is much older than 14 days and is a part of the
Windows operating system. you will need to reinstall the file.
