I'm ecstatic to report yellow sightings is my yard for the first time in 3.5
years. This morning I had a male Wilson's Warbler and a YELLOW VARIANT
HOUSE FINCH.

Does anyone know how rare the yellow-variant HOFI is? I've never seen one,
and it's listed a "more common in the southwest" in Sibley. Didn't have
much time to look it up before leaving for work.
