The last time I sent this out with the reminder that some
topics were prohibited on tweeters because they too often
degenerate into name calling I got a response suggesting
my opinions and input didn't matter because I live in
Oregon and my posts are boring....

Anyway, a FAQ already exists at:

It contains information on the issue including ideas for
communicating with others, beginning grassroots informational
campaigns, etc.

I should also mention that I discontinued my bird feeder,
because I couldn't justify the attrition rate caused by
<explicative deleted>.
