regarding the sedge wren i reported ..I don't find it listed as a washington
bird in
my Thayer's Diary..i observed it at ~8 yards for a good while....sitting on
end of a reed..it was 'stumpier' and quite 'buffy' with white streaking on
back..about 4" long..is this something other than a sedge wren.?.didn't
strike me as dark enough or large enough for a marsh wren..
