Saturday afternoon at around 4pm Tammy and I saw the Avocet that Dave Hayden described at the Nisqually NWR. I took some pictures. I put the best picture on the Peepers web page. If you want to see a picture of the Avocet at Nisqually, go to:

The bird was along the edge of the pond on the south side of the trail from the visitor center toward McAllister Creek.
