I suspect most have already seen this study..but I was reminded of it after
seeing
Snowy egret in CNWR and Baltimore oriole(unconfirmed) in Carnation..
"The new study asserts that as regional temperatures rise, the climatic
ranges of a number of species in the Northern Hemisphere could shift north as
they seek habitat and food to which they have adapted. In the ranges they
leave behind, these birds may be replaced by species from the south."...
...perhaps we will be spotting all kinds of interesting 'accidentals' in the
months and years ahead..
