Hi Tweets:

Just an FYI for those of you interested in a lecture to be given by Dr.
Tom Good of the National Marine Fisheries Service. Originally scheduled for
Saturday, June 8th, it has been rescheduled for Sunday, June 9th at 1pm,
Ocean Shores Interpretive Center, Ocean Shores, Wa. His talk, titled, "Love
and Death on the Island: Hybridization and Eagle Disturbance in Washington
Gull Colonies" is eagerly anticipated by those of us familiar with the
coastal Washington gulls. It may also help shed some light on the reasons it
is so difficult for some of us (read, me) to identify our local gulls.

The Interpretive Center is located at 1033 Catala Ave. and is reached by
following Point Brown Ave. (the main city street through Ocean Shores) south
to the marina area; turn left on Discovery Ave. (just past Bo-Jo's Deli).
The Interpretive Center is 1 block north on the next corner.

If you have any further questions, you can call Gene Woodwick,
Interpretive Center Director, at 360-289-4617, or e-mail me.

Dianna L. Moore
Ocean Shores, Wa.
