Sightings for November 7th

A pair of BLUE JAYS spent the morning visiting a feeder at 2700 Lakeridge
Road on Kelowna's Westside (EF). Call Elke at 769-4419 for updates.

In Summerland, 5-800 REDHEADS were noted on Okanagan Lake, off Sunoka Beach
(LR).


Sightings for November 4

In Penticton, a RED-BREASTED MERGANSER was with COMMON MERGANSERS on
Okanagan Lake, near the SS Sicamous. Seen in overflight at the same location
were 4 SNOW BUNTINGS (LN).

A NORTHERN SAW-WHET OWL was seen along Farmer's Drive in the Ellison area of
Kelowna in the evening (TF).


Sightings for November 3

A hike up the McDougall Rim Trail, near Westbank, produced a THREE-TOED
WOODPECKER, 10 COMMON REDPOLLS, 5 CASSIN'S FINCHES, a BROWN CREEPER and an
immature GOLDEN EAGLE (JL).
