I saw the heading "OC Warbler Races" and all sorts of excitement came to mind, only to be dashed. Hot diggity: Warbler Races. Orange-crowned speeding past a dawdling Audubon's. Two frenetic Yellows blowing by a dithering Blackpoll. Imagine the Play-by-play. John Madden explaining every detail of flight feathers and wing movements, with circles and arrows. Al Michaels with the strategy comments. Monday night Warblers. Man, you had me going.
