Nov 4, Nancy LaFramboise located an immature Long-tailed Duck west of
Bateman Island in Richland. It was present through at least Nov 8 (many
observers).

Nov 8, Bill & Nancy LaFramboise observed a male Surf Scoter in flight over
Bateman Island in Richland.

Nov 10, Dale Litzenberger observed a Long-tailed Duck at the ponds at Iowa
Beef near Wallula.

Today, Nov 13, Nancy LaFramboise found an adult male White-winged Scoter
floating down the Columbia River off Columbia Park in Kennewick.
