What was the original question? I don't recall seeing your original
post. From this recent post, I guess you are trying to recall what
warbler sings a song that you remember from some time ago.

which has a staccato song that rises, but not as much as two octaves, I

Hello tweeterfolk,

Thank you, Dan, for your suggestion earlier today re: the COMMON
YELLOWTHROAT.
I listened to several recordings, but they're not the song I'm looking
for.
The song I remember has a cadence that ascends maybe two octaves.
Perhaps the
warbler in question isn't as common as I thought. Any more ideas?
Anyone?
