The BLUE JAY reported south of Othello, Grant Co WA since 14 Oct was still
seen as of 10 Nov. The jay is using the south end of the Sundance Road loop
off Atkinson Road about 4 miles south of Othello. Take WA 24 and turn east
on Atkinson, then about 0.75 mile to the Sundance loop south. On 10 Nov,
Charlie Wright reports seeing the bird in the same general area, but along
Lynette Road where it intersects with Hi-Lo Road. Be patient, it comes and
goes. WA DeLorme 53, B-7.

Five TRUMPETER SWANS and a lone ROSS'S GOOSE were at Mann Lake east of
Lewiston, Nez Perce Co ID on 17 Nov according to Carole and Hank Vande
Voorde. To get to Mann Lake from the north end of Lewiston, follow US 12
south into town, cross the Clearwater River on Memorial Bridge and
immediately take the first left (east) toward East Lewiston. Turn left
(east) onto East Main Street and go about a half mile to the flashing yellow
lights. Turn right (south) onto Lapwai (a.k.a. Lindsay Creek) Road. When
the road forks stay right on Lindsay Creek Road (Nez Perce County Road 460)
and follow it about 5 miles to its terminus at Grelle Avenue. Turn left
(east) onto Grelle Avenue and just past the sharp right curve, turn left
(east) onto East Powers Avenue (a.k.a. Lapwai Road). Continue straight
(east) past the grain towers to the main parking lot of the lake. ID DeLorme
54, A-1.

The BRANT reported in Wenatchee, Chelan Co WA on 8 Oct by Dave Beaudette is
persisting. Look for it at the small bay along the Columbia River at the
south end of the Confluence State Park best viewed from Walla Walla Point
Park. Also, on 10 Nov, Charlie Wright and Dave Beaudette report a first
winter HARRIS'S SPARROW immediately after crossing the pedestrian bridge in
the Horan Wildlife Area at Confluence SP.

A male COMMON GRACKLE was near the home of Dennis Rockwell in Kennewick,
Benton Co WA on 13 Nov. This is the same bird presumably seen about 3 weeks
ago. Dennis lives at 12906 S Haney Road.

A flock of 1000+ GRAY-CROWNED ROSY-FINCHES were at 6000 feet on top of Bald
Mountain, near Tollgate on the Umatilla/Union county line, OR on 16 Nov
according to Craig and Judy Corder. OR DeLorme 86, AB-4.

At Two Rivers County Park along the Columbia River east of Kennewick, Benton
Co WA, was a single EURASIAN WIGEON on 16 Nov according to Kerry Turley and
Dennis Rockwell. WA DeLorme 39, C-8.

A flock of 62 SNOW BUNTINGS were found along WA 21 about 0.5 mile east of
Monson Road in Lincoln Co WA. This is at the section of WA 21 that runs
east-west about 10 miles south of Wilbur. Look near the grain towers
according to "spokesman" Bob Flores. WA DeLorme 86, D-2.
