for today, the 15th. Birding midday at the Carnation Marsh in King County, I
relocated the SWAMP SPARROW previously reported by Tom Aversa. Also in the
area were 2 LINCOLN?S SPARROWS. Thank you.

Sunday, November 17, 7:58 PM; Kirk Ramsa, (360) 336-3526. While birding the
Skagit Flats Sunday afternoon, I came across the TROPICAL KINGBIRD. I found
it in an orchard in the farm yard on the left, on Bayview/Edison Rd before
you hit the Etiwah(???)Samish Junction. It was ?sallying? for insects quite
noticably and very active. If you have any questions please feel free to

Tuesday, November 19, 4:04 PM; This is Craig Kemper, (206) 789-9255,
reporting for Skagit County. Birding the Samish Flats, midday, I located
the previously reported TROPICAL KINGBIRD. The bird was very vocal and
active, and it was found by hearing it. Thank you.
