My name is Dami?n P?rez and I?m from Uruguay (South America).

I contact you becuase my parents found a bird with a ring with a note with a
number "97230715" and it said Wash - USA AVISAR (in spanish).
The bird is like a little seagull and It was found in the coast, in Santa
Lucia Del Este (at about 68 Km From Montevideo).

The bird can?t fly because an injure in one of his wings.
