Greetings,

Over the past month, I have been spending a fair amount of time updating the
North American Bird Information Web Site.

Although I'm never able to keep up with 100 or so messages received each
day, I try.....

About 100 species accounts have been recently updated, images and image
links have been added, plus some new maps. Including is this fall's Eurasian
Wigeon distribution in North America.

A good page to enter the web site is through:
http://www.islandnet.com/~mgs/birds/recentpostings.html

I've also been working on the fall seasonal summary for BC. It's a bit weak
on the early part of fall migration, but not too bad for October and
November. It can be viewed at
http://www.islandnet.com/~mgs/birds/BCBirdNotes.html

If you have any digital images that I may use on the site, please let me
know. Contributors will be duly acknowledged. I'm looking for both
documentary pictures (of just about any quality) and some pretty images to
dress up the site.

Lastly, if you find broken links, or have problems viewing any of the pages,
I would appreciate hearing from you.

Cheers,

Michael G. Shepard
