For Skagit County records aficianados:

The Donahue/Knue Red-shouldered Hawk at the Skagit WMA last weekend makes
the fourth report in the last 14 months from the Skagit WMA, these the first
ever for the county, although one wonders if these might all involve the
same bird. Another hot rarity, the Tropical Kingbird reported from the
Samish T and Edison recently, is just the second for the county; the other
was also from mid-late Nov. at Samish Flats.

I had a female Rusty Blackbird Oct. 13 on Fir I., and Charlie Wright and
Scott Downes had a female near Hwy 20 on Nov. 17. This makes 8 total for
the county, nearly all from Oct-Nov, although two of those reports (from the
80s) were rejected by the WRBC.
