Dear Tweeters,

Last week I asked folks about places to go birding
near to Indianaola, WA and got some wonderful
suggestions. Thanks you.

TOday we actually ended up at a county park near
Sequim. It's across from Protection Island. The bay
yielded several Harlequin ducks as well as buffleheads
and grebes (red-throated??). We walked along the beach
toward Sequim. A local resident told us this was the
old sewage outlet area for Sequim. There is a large
area of water on the back side of the bay which was
full of ducks and shorebirds. I think I saw green
winged teal. IS that possible? I did write down the
name of the park but can't remember at the moment.
