Other than the Graysmarsh survey Sept. 29, I managed to find a few birds
while fishing the Skokomish River yesterday morning (Sept. 30).

Highlights:

SANDHILL CRANE 1 (flew right over river near 106 bridge that is one mile
north of intersection of 106 and 101, about noon)
Turkey Vulture 4 (near intersection of 106/101 near store)
RB Sapsucker 1
W. SCRUB-JAY 1 (a mile or so south of the town of Union; regular in this
area?)
Am. Pipit 5
YELLOW WARBLER 5 (high number for so late in season)

Also, on 9/28 in the evening, 8 more Turkey Vultures were seen over 101 just
south of Discovery Bay, in Jefferson County, and two more singles were over
Shelton 9/30.
