My Norton Antivirus captured and quarantined the "Bugbear" virus that came
with a private email from Ian Paulsen. The virus was part of the
attachment. If you opened this attachment, you probably have the virus
which has a hidden payload. I would suggest you update your virus
protection immediately and take steps to eliminate the virus from your
computer.

McAfee alerts me with an email when these viruses crop up and I immediately
update my Norton Antivirus protection. It's one of the best investments
you can make. The McAfee site has information on this virus.
