I stand corrected there are three birds. First of all I saw my birds ALSO on Thursday Night NOT Weds ( I have a problem at times with days!) so Tom actually saw them before I did but we must have been very close in timing! I went out there after 4:30 pm when I got back from Ephrata.

What I would like to report is the birds are mostly, I have seen them tree times today and twice they were in this pond, in the pond that borders the fence OUTSIDE the area and can be viewed from a gravel road. Let me explain. There is a road next to the potato shed along McManoman Rd and if one walked down that road to where it rises in elevation you can look right into the pond the birds are using. That pond is the last one along the fence/road I have described as you walk south. With a scope there should be NO problem with ID. Those of you who were here with the WOS shorebird trip the spot I met you all is the one I am talking about. Going to this spot WILL NOT bother any hunters.

ps- I got some bad photos, tried but gave up as I did not want to push the birds.
