I received the message below from Doug Schonewald. Also could someone send him instructions to subscribe to tweeters and iland-nw-birders? He has tried to subscribe to Tweeters with no luck.

Due to some problem either with tweeter or my provider I still can't
subscribe. It was interesting to see you've spotted a STSP at Othello. I
just got back from Lind Coulee & there is one there also. Just one in with
several hundred LBDO(?). I am going to call a few folks in the CBAS & let
them know. I'm not sure how the duck hunting in the morning will affect
these birds. Not bad I hope. Good birding. I've sent an email to Dave who
runs the list processer for Tweeters for help & hope to get on very soon.
