Greetings Tweeters,

The Wigeons are definitely back in South Kitsap County! On my commute home last night I spotted a flock (raft? congress? convention?) of over 250 AM. WIGEONS at the north end of the Burley Lagoon. I didn't spot any EURASIANs in the group, but the water is to the west of the road so there was some glare, and besides, the cars backed up behind me were starting to honk.
