FYI, while at the Carnation Golf Course last Sunday afternoon, around 3:30
there were two loud gunshots; it seems like someone thought it was a good
idea to hunt at the Seattle Audubon site nearby. The shooting stopped after I
yelled. I notified the Seattle Audubon Society and my message was referred to
the appropriate parties. Maybe if people in the area know about the
goings-on, we can try to monitor this site closely for trespassers. There's
an empty Osprey nest platform there as well.
