I have heard conflicting things about leaving bird nest boxes up over
winter.
I normally take my chickadee nestbox down in Novemeber, clean it and
don't put it up again until March 1st.
Now I read that I should leave it up over winter, because some birds
or insects might use it, clean it out in spring (of course).

Opinions?
