I apologize for sending on the email spreading the hoax that jdbgmgr.exe
is a virus. The java debug manager is a legitimate file; fortunately
it's needed mostly by software developers using a particular version of
one of Microsoft's programming languages. I should have remembered this
thing from when it came around last May.
