Noticed all the Scoter and Long-tailed Duck records and thought with all
these records a few are probably going to show up in counties without any
records. Below is a list of counties without any records:

NO RECORDS FOR:

HARLEQUIN DUCK----Adams, Asotin, Douglas, Garfield, Cowlitz, Wahkiakum

SURF SCOTER----Columbia, Ferry, Garfield

WHITE-WINGED SCOTER----Columbia, Ferry, Cowlitz

LONG-TAILED DUCK----Ferry, Klickitat, Whitman, Cowlitz, Lewis, Wahkiakum

RED-BREASTED MERGANSER----Columbia, Ferry


Also keep an eye out for Black Scoters. They occasionally find their way to
fresh water counties. Most of these ducks like open water which the larger
lakes provide.
