Hi Tweets,

Sunday afternoon Bob Flores and Randy Hill went far beyond the call of duty
to help me find the three Sharp-tailed Sandpipers that have been seen at the
McCain ponds near Othello for the past ten days or so.

We were finally able to get fantastic views of all three of them. It was
well worth the two hours of searching. Two of my photos of them are on the
BirdYak website at:

Other shorebirds seen at the McCain ponds were six Greater Yellowlegs, one
Lesser Yellowlegs, one Pectoral Sandpiper, six to eight Long-billed
Dowitchers and, of course, lots of Killdeer.
