Today about noon many Heermann's Gulls were moving south at the Edmonds
Marina fishing pier in loose flocks of ca. 10, apparently mostly adults. I
estimated about 100 in 20 minutes. Do they then cut overland from near
Olympia to the coast? Has anyone seen them over that stretch of land?
