Hello Tweets,

Today my mother and birded at a few locations we visited yesterday along
S.R.105 in both Grays Harbor and Pacific Cos. along with checking along
Brady Loop Rd. and the Hoquiam STP. Although we encountered rather
dismal,wet weather with occasional wind during most of the day we still
managed to locate a fair variety of species. We made a short stop along
Madrona Beach Rd. at the south end of Eld Inlet in Thurston Co., where we
located our only Greater Yellowlegs of the day with 8 birds,of which numbers
at this location seem to be quite variable,but readily notable. We also
rechecked a few locations that we visited yesterday that hosted many of the
same species,but were still as productive. The weather remained fair until
we arrived at Westport then conditions decreased rapidly through the
remainder of the day with small breaks from rain and wind,allowing chances
to check some locations.

Our trip started out as we left our home with a single Red-breasted
Sapsucker in our yard,as it foraged for a few minutes before moving to
another yard. We alos still have 2 adult male and 1 female Anna's
Hummingbirds in our Tacoma yard that still remain.
