I finally got through to our web server this morning and put two of Ruth's
photos of the Supermall Superblackbird on the museum web site at
http://www.ups.edu/biology/museum/landbirdphotos.html, with a commentary.

I stopped at that infamous mall on my way to work this morning, spent a
half hour driving around empty parking lots, found one small flock of
Brewer's and starlings (and a female cowbird) at the IHOP at the south end
of the whole shebang. No large blackbird seen.
