The EURASIAN COLLARED-DOVE at Horan Natural Area at Confluence State Park in
Wenatchee continues to be seen. Also at the state park on 30 August was a
NORTHERN WATERTHRUSH seen by Steve Mlodinow seen from the gravel nature
trail at the west end of the pear orchard. That same morning at the same
place Dave Beaudette saw a BLACK-THROATED GRAY WARBLER and a GOLDEN-CROWNED
SPARROW. From US 2 at Wenatchee, eastbound or westbound, follow signs to the
state park. Very soon after entering the park, take the first right turn,
which goes to a small parking lot along the Loop Trail, an asphalt trail.
Walk the Loop Trail south, go over the bridge over the Wenatchee River.
Continue south on the Loop Trail [asphalt path] for a little more than a
0.25 miles to the wetlands interpretive station. WA DeLorme 67, A-6.

A TENNESSEE WARBLER was banded 24 August along the Little Spokane River nort
h of Spokane, Spokane Co WA according to Marian Frobe.

Signle MARBLED GODWITS made appearances the last week of August at the
Yakima River Delta, Yakima Co WA, and the Walla Walla River Delta. Walla
Walla Co WA, according to Bob Woodley and Mike and MerryLynn Denny.
