Hi Tweets!

I just sighted my first banded bird. This was a very frowsy, ruffled crow
with a deformed beak. (Its lower "jaw" seemed very small and its upper beak
was very long with a needle like hook) It seemed smaller than most of the
other crows hanging out by the Elmer's near Alderwood Mall.

It had a white band on its right leg and a yellow band above a white band on
the left leg.

Who should I forward this sighting to?
