Just wanted to report that following the information on your website, we found one, and probably two, mynas at the intersection of Wylie and 2nd about 8:30 a.m. on September 27. The definite was on the light pole on the side of the brick building on the NE corner, and the probable was on the ground in front of that building. We were on our way from downtown to the airport by cab and asked the driver, from India, to go by there for a quick look. He had a hard time understanding what we were doing, but once he got the idea that we look for birds as "a hobby" (his words), he became quite interested. Asked us to write down the name and your web address. Anyway, as soon as we stepped out of the cab, one bird flew to the light. Because we were stopped in the street (no place to park easily), we jumped right back into the cab. That's when we caught sight of the second bird very briefly, which I'm about 90% sure was a myna.
