My family and I birded Theler Wetlands in Belfair on 3/31/03. It was very

Observations: We spotted a Red-legged Frog (Rana aurora aurora) crossing the

trail. I scurried him back into the brush before a large group of people
came through. We also observed a pair of Garter Snakes, Rufuous Hummingbirds
displaying, and a Virginia Rail calling repeatedly. I also managed to get
some photos of a Bewick's Wren at really close range (thanks to John for the
loan of the camera!!)
