Subject: OC Warblers and a Virginia Rail at Spenser Island, Everett WA
Date: Apr 2 19:38:27 2003
From: Rob Sandelin - floriferous at msn.com

There were two OC Warbs at Spenser Island (Everett, WA) on the 1st of April.
Also a Townsends Warbler, and the expected assemblage of ducks. Several of
my students got a nice look at a Virginia Rail which was near the old barn
right after the bridge entering the Island. It was unusually accommodating
for this critter, even waiting patiently in full view while the student ran
to get me to see the odd, miniature heron bird.
