I headed out to Grass Lake Refuge at 0630 this morning in hopes of seeing
the Western Wood-Peewee. I heard this bird when I arrived and tried tracking
it for an hour, but was unable to see it. However, I heard the call very
distinctly many times over that hour. A very early arrival.
