Since I have never been to the festival and I will be out of town that
weekend, is the area open to the public prior to that weekend. I didn't know
if the area was open to the public this close to the festival time. I have
printed out a map to the Refuge Kiosk area. Is there another area that
someone would recommend for this Sunday?
