The following birds were observed by Wayne Weber from 5:30 to 7:00 PM
on April 16, 2003 at Oak Bay County Park near Port Hadlock, Jefferson
County, WA. The tide was high during my visit and most waterbirds
were seen in the lagoon north of the parking area.

The most noteworthy observations were a flock of about 250 GREATER
WHITE-FRONTED GEESE which flew northward over the park, and about 150
BLACK BRANT (86 in the lagoon, the remainder far out on the bay).
